Find out how I got on in my fourth and final week of the #yogagirlchallenge to do #yogaeverydamnday during September.

I wanted to do the challenge to get myself back into yoga, regular practice and on the path to getting fitter. Life well and truly got in the way throwing some absolute curve balls during the month so I did what I can and worked around the rest.

The September 2018 Yoga Challenge
It’s September and National Yoga Month which means I’m back on my yoga mat to practice #yogaeverydamnday

Last year famous yogi Rachel Brathen set the #yogagirlchallenge to encourage practice and join the yoga community together. I’m going to keep the tradition going and this month, every day for 30 days I’m going to get on my mat and do a little bit of yoga each day.

Getting back on the mat is so important to me. I’ve had a break from yoga and I miss it. I miss the flexibility in my body and how it clears my mind.

So recently I headed back to yoga, starting with a session in the park with my favourite teacher Jeneen, to start working and spending more time on myself again.

I’ve been invited to take part in a 12 week challenge by local charity, Wessex Heartbeat, to make little changes every day to improve my heart health.
