It’s time for the 30 day yoga challenge – that’s #yogaeverydamnday! Join me on the challenge to do yoga every day during September.
Last year famous yogi Rachel Brathen set the #yogagirlchallenge to encourage practice and join the yoga community together. I’m going to keep the tradition going and this month, every day for 30 days I’m going to get on my mat and do a little bit of yoga each day.
Getting back on the mat is so important to me. I’ve had a break from yoga and I miss it. I miss the flexibility in my body and how it clears my mind.
So recently I headed back to yoga, starting with a session in the park with my favourite teacher Jeneen, to start working and spending more time on myself again.
