Recently I tried one of the yoga in the park sessions. Thankfully the weather held out and it was a lovely hour in the sun stretching my limbs.
Our wonderful instructor Jeneen really knew her stuff and took us through some relaxation and stretching routines during the class.
Yoga is great for calming down, focusing and for feeling more limber. I always come away from a session much more relaxed and with a clear head.
Lately I’ve been doing a lot of walking and was feeling really tight where I hadn’t had much time to stretch. This class was perfect for easing tight legs and getting back into yoga. It had been a while since my last practice and this was a brilliant way to get back into it.

…it was a fabulous way to spend an evening. I came away from the session feeling reinvigorated and ready for the rest of the week.
